Interdisciplinary Yoga

Tuesdays: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Come stretch, tone and increase your balance and flexibity using yoga postures to guide the practice of getting back into the body. No previous yoga experience needed. Mat and floor blanket/pillow provided. Led by Netti Garner.

Cost: $5.00 per session or $20.00 per month paid the first session of the month.

INTERFAITH CHANTING - A contemplative gathering using chants from across faith traditions to create sacred awareness.

Interfaith Chant is taking a pause for the summer.

Chant will resume the 3rd Sunday in September.
