Interdisciplinary Yoga

Mondays: 5:45 - 6:45 p.m.
Thursdays: 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

Come stretch, tone and increase your balance and flexibity using yoga postures to guide the practice of getting back into the body. No previous yoga experience needed. Bring a mat and floor pillow. Space is limited. Led by Netti Garner.

Cost: $5.00 per session.
